Electra is a creative upholsterer based in Somerset.
Her passion for furniture and craft has been nurtured by her work in upholstery, caning and seat weaving. She is AMUSF qualified and is in her 8th year of upholstery. Electra is based in her Frome shop and studio, specialising in traditional and modern upholstery. Working on residential and commercial projects.
Electra was part of the exhibition Evolution to Revolution which was shown at the Geffrye Museum, hosted by Second Sitters. Electra's prize winning piece "The Crystal Chair" was exhibited at Interiors UK and the May Designs Series.
She has volunteered at Fine Cell Work, Wandsworth Prison, where she taught City and Guilds upholstery to inmates.
